Aikido is where you find it

I don't know how many times I've been asked what Aikido is all about.  I know what it is to me.  That's a bit tough to explain though, in under a week.

While researching some things for this blog, I ran across a very useful description of Aikido. 

I did not expect to find this on a Malaysian political site.  The fact that I did, makes today a bit more special.

Now, if I could just sell a car....

thanks for the comment you left on my little attempt to explain what Aikido is. i actually got the message from reading up the little booklet (URL provided in the post) as well as what my sensei has been trying to tell us, that aikido is not about techniques (they're just a manifestation) but more of a philosophy and way of living. my short years of training so far is nothing compared to your long 15 years, and nothing beats experience and deep reflection in improving one's aikido.
