"What could NASCAR do to minimize the risk of having to run a postponed race in November?"

Do a little cloud seeding?

But seriously; Leave an open date before the first Chase event.

1. Yes probably, based on his longevity and his record of season with one win or more.

2. Joe Weatherly or the Stavola Bros.

3. No, no race is "boring." Was it "boring" on TV? Most would probably say yes but I'd also guess the majority of them have never been to a Cup or Busch race live and seen all the action that occurs away from the camera.

4. Sprint is a given by the exclusivity built into the contract.

AT&T not so much.

A very large umbrella..

yes to Rudd

a toughie but I will go with weatherly over the Stavola brothers..

on tv yes..live no

Sprint has it hands down...

Mike

Rudd...yes.

DESERVE the #8? Hmmmm. I think JR should have it, but I also think there is absolutely no obligation what so ever for QUEEN T to give it to him. But it would have been nice.

Sprint is probably going to win..looks like they have. BUT I think the courts are completly wrong. GRRR don't get me started!
